Term II – (August – October 2018)
Dear Parents,
Lets us all welcome the second term with great enthusiasm and positivity. We are looking forward to make this term very productive and educational for the children. In the first term the kids were getting acquainted to and comfortable in their new class and routine and now that they have settled down we can now take on the next term with a bang.
We are also glad to inform you that we have hired an art teacher, Miss Sarala Manandhar, who will be teaching art to the two senior classes. She has done her Bachelors in Fine Arts from Kathmandu University and is pursuing her Masters degree in Fine Arts as of now.
Martial Arts Classes which was introduced to LKG, UKG and Nursery from last month has become a hit with the children and the kids are enjoying it thoroughly.
Please do make sure that your child is wearing his/her ‘gi’ to school every Thursday for their martial art class and please do inform the school if you have yet not purchased the martial arts uniform (gi)for your child.
Please note that half yearly exam will take place for the 1st of October till the 5th of October for classes LKG and UKG. We will also be having our Parent Teachers Meeting from the 4th of October till the 9th of October for all the classes. Dates and timing for both the exams and the PTM will be sent to you a month in advance.
As the rainy season is here it is the perfect season for the mosquito to breed and multiply. Parents are requested to send mosquito repellents for this season as children get bitten while playing outdoors.
We would like to request the parents again not to send any toys to school with their child. School will not be responsible for such items sent if they are lost.
Information for the new parents:-
Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account and send the deposit slip to school after, for which the school will send a receipt for the amount received. The account details are as such:

If otherwise, we humbly request the parents to pay the fee in the office and not to send it in the children’s’ bags or pass it to didis or teachers.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and the drops of the children.
