Term I – (May – July 2018)
Dear Parents,
Wishing you all a very happy Nepali new year 2075. We hope that this year proves to be very fruitful and positive for everyone. On that note we are ready to start this year with great enthusiasm and positivity. The graduation ceremony was a great success and we would like to thank the parents for their constant support and cooperation.
Kids Care calendars have been printed for the first time this year for your convenience. Please ask the school for your copy if you have not received one yet.
As the summer days approaching slower than expected we will be starting our much loved swimming classes only from the June of 2018. Please note that the swimming classes will take place every alternate Wednesdays instead of Fridays from this year.
Parents are to send to school
1. swimming costume
2. towel
3. sun protection lotion
The name of the student has to be written on each of the item mentioned above before sending it to school. The swimming classes will be held every alternate Wednesday inside the school premises in a blow up pool under adult supervision.
Parents are also requested to send an insect repellent that suits their child in their school bag throughout the warm seasons if their child is allergic or highly sensitive to insect bites.
Parents are to note that we will have music/pianica classes every Monday and Friday at 9:00 am. Music classes are compulsory for LKG and UKG. Parents of classes Nursery and PG can also opt for music lessons for their children if they wish to begin early.
A sum of Rupees 1200/-per month will be charged for two music lessons every week.
We would like to request the parents again not to send any toys to school with their child. School will not be responsible for such items sent if they are lost.
Lastly, parents are requested to make the fee payment in the office and to not leave it in the hands of didis and teachers or send it in the van and in the bags of children. If possible we would like to request parents to deposit the fee in our bank account instead of sending it in such manner. Please make sure that the child’s name is written on the deposit slip when depositing in the bank.
Information for the new parents:-
Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account and send the deposit slip to school after, for which the school will send a receipt for the amount received. The account details are as such:

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips for the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and drops of the children.
