Dear Parents,
The last few weeks have been hard on us all. We did face one of our nation’s biggest calamities and it did have a devastating effect on every bodies lives.
We however thank god for keeping us and everyone else safe and healthy during such times.
The school has been given a green sticker by the government engineers and is safe for use. We will be practicing earthquake drills with the students in school. The school has a safe area outside where the children will be kept in case there is another earthquake until the parents come to collect them. We have an emergency kit which will sustain us for 8-10 hours comfortably.
In case of an earthquake when the children are in the van, the driver is instructed to bring the van directly back to school. Parents will have to collect the children from school. Teachers will be assisting the children in the van for at least this month or till situation is better settled.

To compensate for the working days that we lost due to the earthquake we will be canceling our two weeks of summer holidays this year and some parts of our winter vacation as well. We will update you with the holiday lists after it is finalized.
Swimming classes will restart from Friday, June 5, 2015 for alternate week. Parents are to send to school
1. swimming costume
2. towel
3. sun protection lotion
The name of the student has to be written on each of the item mentioned above before sending it to school. The swimming classes will be held in the school premises in a blow up pool under adult supervision.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and the drops of the children.
Information for the new parents:-
Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account and send the deposit slip to school after, for which the school will send a receipt for the amount received. The account details are as such:

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips for the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
