Term III – (November – January 2015)

Dear Parents,
We have come to the end of the second term of our year and we are now looking forward to a great third term ahead.
Firstly we would like to welcome the new members of the Kids Care family namely:-
• Avyunnati Chhetri and
• Aranya Tuladhar
Both the student has joined us in Playgroup.
This term with a heavy heart we also had to say good bye to our children from Maldives as their stay in Nepal was over. Rayyan, Nabigh and Iz-aan left school this October and Manhaath will be in school with us only till the end of this year. We wish them and their family all the best for their future.
We will be starting our winter timings from the 1st of December 2014 which will continue throughout the months of January and February of 2015.
The timings will be as such:-
• School will begin at 10:00 am.
• Home time for Playgroup and Nursery will be at 2:30 pm and 3:00 for L.K.G and U.K.G
• Pickup for the children who use school van will start an hour late from the usual allotted time.
Important notice for the parents:
From the 1st of November we will be introducing extra hours in school for children. The school will be open till 5:00 in the evening. Children who need help with their studies will be provided with tuitions and they will also be provided with snacks during the extra hours. However, we will not be able to provide transportation facilities for them. Interested parents can contact the office directly.
The fee for extra hours is as such:
Extra hours with snacks (2 hours): Rs. 2500/- per month
Extra hours with snacks and tuitions (2 hours): Rs. 3500/- per month
Tuitions are also available for children other than our school students. The fee however will vary according to the class in which he/she studies and/or the needs of the student.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and the drops of the children and therefore it will be easier to know the location of the van at all times.
We would again like to remind the parents that the deposit slip of the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send you the receipt for the amount received by the school.
Information for the new parents:-
Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account and send the deposit slip to school after, for which the school will send a receipt for the amount received. The account details are as such:
