Term IV – (February – April 2018)
Dear Parents,
After a fulfilling, super busy and fun third term we have come to the final term with our last newsletter for this academic year. The main highlight of the last term was our winter camp where children had a very fruitful and educational experience. Our final term exams are set for the last week of March. Classes UKG, LKG and Nursery will be sitting for their final term exam. Preparations for the exams are going on in school on full swing and we request parents to cooperate with us for their revision at home. We also have extra study hours in school, especially for UKG children, so if you are interested please contact the office for more details.
Parents Teacher Meeting will be held on the 1st and 2nd of April for classes Playgroup and Nursery and on the 3rd of April for classes LKG and UKG.
Our Annual day will be held on the 7th of April this year before the school closes for its spring break. This year we would like to encourage the parents to participate with their child in our Parents Children Talent contest. Either or both the parents can prepare an item with their child and they will have to perform their act on stage on our annual day. We would especially like to encourage the parents of UKG to participate as this will be last year for them.
Please note that the school has created a general and class specific Viber groups so as to provide a forum for sharing and dialogue amongst parents and teachers. If you have not been added to the groups then please do inform us or send us a message in 9818814394 and we will add you immediately. However, please do not send messages on Viber but contact the van number directly regarding the pickups and drops of your children.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and the drops of the children.

Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account.

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips for the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
