Term II – (August – October 2016)

Dear Parents,
The beginning term of the year was a great one. Although it is always sad to say goodbye to our older ones thankfully we are blessed with the cheers and laughter of the new ones that join us. First term was a busy term acquainting the children to their new classes/routines and mixing them with some new friends. We are now all settled and ready to take on the second term with a bang.
Children had a wonderful time during the Summer Camp. They enjoyed every bit of the camp thoroughly except for the outdoor swimming event which we sadly had to cancel due to the weather.
We are hoping to organize an outdoor swimming event for the children when the weather becomes more favorable.
Parents are encouraged to put in their feedbacks or give new ideas for the children’s recreational programmers either on the school’s viber account or mail us at principal@whitelilies-kidscare.edu.np
Please note that information regarding the pickups and drops of children using the schools transportation have to be sent in the van’s mobile number and not in the school’s viber account.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and the drops of the children.
Further, we would like to request the parents not to send any fancy items to school with their child such a toys etc due to various reasons.
We would also like to request the parents to cooperate with us and wait for the children or drop the children in the playing ground area in the mornings and during home time as the class room discipline gets disrupted when parents enter the classroom, disturbing the other children and the teacher in class. Also parents are requested not to take pictures and/or videos of their children when classes are going on.
Extra hours and tuitions are ongoing in school so please visit the office for more information if you wish to enroll your child as well.
Information for the new parents:-
Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account and send the deposit slip to school after, for which the school will send a receipt for the amount received. The account details are as such:

2. Account Holder’s Name: White Lilies Int’l Preschool,
3. Account Number: 01400105200364
Parents are to take note that the deposit slips for the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
If there are any queries then please feel free to contact the office during office hours which is from 9:00 in the morning till 4:00 in the evening.
