Term III – (November 2016 – January 2017)
Dear Parents,
Hope this festive season was a joyous one for everyone. We would also like to wish everyone a very happy Diwali as well. Let us all enjoy the festival of lights responsibly.
We are also super excited about our upcoming Annual Sports Day which will take place on Saturday, 17th of December 2016. Please do save the date. Also please make sure that your child wears comfortable shoes to school as we will be starting our sports practice soon after the children are back from their holidays.
Parents are to send warm indoor slippers with the name of their child written on it to school for the winter season. The slippers will be sent back home after the winter season is over.
Please note that the school has created a general and class specific Viber groups so as to provide a forum for sharing and dialogue amongst parents and teachers. If you have not been added to the groups then please do inform us or send us a message in 9818814395 and we will add you immediately.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and the drops of the children.
We would like to request the parents once again to cooperate with us and wait for their child or drop their child in the playing ground area in the mornings and during home time as the class room discipline gets disrupted when parents enter the classroom, disturbing the other children and the teacher in class. Also parents are
requested not to take pictures and/or videos of their children when classes are going on.

Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account.

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips for the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
