Term I – (May – July 2016)
Dear Parents,
We have come to the beginning of a new year and we are ready to start the year with great enthusiasm and positivity. The graduation ceremony was a great success and we would like to thank the parents for their constant support and cooperation.
As the days are turning super hot we will be starting our much loved swimming classes from the 20th of May 2016.
Parents are to send to school
1. swimming costume
2. towel
3. sun protection lotion
The name of the student has to be written on each of the item mentioned above before sending it to school. The swimming classes will be held every alternate Friday inside the school premises in a blow up pool under adult supervision.
Parents are also requested to send an insect repellent that suits their child in their school bag throughout the warm seasons if their child is allergic or highly sensitive to insect bites.
This year we will also be introducing music lessons for classes UKG and LKG. We will be introducing the musical instrument pianica to the children which will be provided by the school. Parents also have the option of choosing guitar or keyboard lessons for their child but the musical instrument has to be sent from home itself. Parents of classes Nursery and PG can also opt for music lessons for their children if they wish to begin early. However, music lessons are not compulsory for Nursery and PG.
A sum of Rupees 1200/-per month will be charged for two music lessons every week.
Information for the new parents:-
Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account and send the deposit slip to school after, for which the school will send a receipt for the amount received. The account details are as such:

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips for the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
The van’s mobile number for the new parents who are using the school transportation is 9818814394. This number will be used by the adult supervising the pickups and drops of the children.
