Term III – (November 2015 – January 2016)

Dear Parents,
Hope this festive season was a joyous one for you all. We would also like to wish everyone a very happy Dashain well. Although we lost a lot of valuable time of our school year due to the earthquake we were able to recover quite well academically this term. All in all it was a rewarding term.
As the warm season is slowly coming to an end so we will be ending our regular Friday swimming classes for this year. Please do not send swimming gears to school hence forth.
We would like to inform you that due to the acute fuel shortage in the nation we will not be able to provide transportation to the students who use the school’s transport facility. Regular van routine will commence only after the fuel crisis resolves. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
Similarly we have stopped giving momos for lunch due to the uncertainty of the availability of cooking gas. However, we are still in a good position to provide the rest of the set menu to the children. Please feel free to inquire if you have questions about the changes. Parents also have the option of sending food from home if they deem fit.
School has selected the 12th of December 2015, Saturday for its annual sports day, however, if the fuel crisis continues for the next month as well then we will be cancelling the program as most of the students will not be there to practice and participate in the event.
Information for the new parents:-
Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account and send the deposit slip to school after, for which the school will send a receipt for the amount received. The account details are as such:

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips for the fee paid in the school’s account in Everest Bank has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
If there are any queries then please feel free to contact the office during office hours which is from 9:00 in the morning till 4:00 in the evening.
